All band leaders: please post your available times

We're currently planning for 12 band slots from 12pm-8pm EDT/server time on Saturday and 1pm-5pm on Sunday.

Please let us know your top 2 preferred times in that window and your general availability for all hours on that weekend, including Friday night, as soon as possible.  I doubt we will schedule outside of those times, but it is good to know this information so we may have a little more flexibility.

Preferred times for Andune are starting anytime between 2pm and 4pm, either day. There might be some flexibility but half of us are Europeans so that is limited.

Breakfast Club would prefer t' play sometime in th' early afternoon, either day (Saturday or Sunday) from noon t' mebbe as late as 3PM.

The Starlight Orchestra would prefer a slot from 1.00pm to 4.00pm.  We would prefer Saturday but Sunday would be fine too :)

Hullo!

We are in Europe too, so an early appearance would be preferred if not imperative for us...  We could start as early as you like and as late as say 4:00 PM servertime. We do like early appearances, on Sunday an early appearance would be most preferable, the earlier the better...

On friday we can be available from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM

1 saturday 12:00 PM

2 saturday 1:00 PM

1 sunday 1:00 PM

2 sunday 2:00 PM

The Grand Band of the EoM (Crick) can perform either Saturday or Sunday really, ideally we would like 6-7pm on Saturday if possible.

Unfortunately, we've got a member whose internet implodes promptly at 10pm UK time... that's 5pm Server/EST.   It's important that we perform before that time, but 2pm EST - 4:30pm EST would be ideal!
