Tentative schedule of bands

This schedule is absolutely subject to change as I await confirmation from a couple of bands and other performers.  If the assigned slot doesn't work for your band, please let me know as soon as possible.  I did my best to avoid having bands with common members go back to back while still trying to keep at or near everyone's preferred performance time, but if one of the bands must change their time this may no longer be the case.

I expect a firm schedule of bands to come out within the next week or two, but it may take longer to confirm times for our individual performers as we've yet to get information for many of you.  I ask that our bards please respond to the bard availability thread when you have a chance.

We are waiting for schedule confirmation from DisEnchanted and The Rolling Kegs.  The Evendim Hillbillies and/or The Heartbeaters may also join us, but this is still uncertain.  Thanks for your patience and flexibility!

I have a correction here already--I was working with an old assumption of the time for Maidens of Vanimor, so that part of the schedule will change.  They will be moved to Saturday evening at 8pm if that works for them.

4pm Sunday is fine for Andune Ensemble. Are we still planning on 45 minutes?

3 pm Saturday works for the Department of Harmony and Song.  We would also like to know for sure how long our set should be.

Hi folks, we'd like to start each slot dead on the hour if possible so planning a solid 45 minute set is a good base. The 15 minutes between acts gives us all a bit of flexibility in case of technical issues getting songs started, some banter with the audience, change over between acts, etc. If things go smoothly you'll probably have 50+ minutes on stage, so preparing an encore or two to keep in reserve is also a good idea if time permits.

Plan for a strict 45 minute set length, but feel free to prepare an encore of up to 10 minutes.  We'll have bards at the end of some sets but not all, and unfortunately at this time I can't say which ones will and will not have bards. It's somehow harder to schedule one person than a whole band full of people!  We will have a better sense of this soon, but for now we're recommending 45 minutes to everyone unless we let you know personally that the schedule will allow for more.
