The only suggestion I would have is to split or stagger the EU and US time slots in the future. A way to do this is to start the event earlier. My thought would be to start earlier on the weekend dates (9 or 10 Am) which would allow many of the bands to see a band that they may not have ever seen before. I am a morning person, so I could start as early as 7 AM if necessary (Right after first breakfast :)) Or, it could even be a two weekend event where more bands can play, and the time slots are acceptable for all time zones. Just my thoughts...but it seems to me most people who play music on LoTRO are night owls and would never want to play before second breakfast. Haha!

 Double checking times available...

Blue Mountains Band lists 2-4 on Sunday as available, with 3 as preferred.

We'll switch you to 3 and put BMB at 4.  

I'll change the schedule to reflect the alteration.  :)

There's other servers that want the bands to confirm they've received their slots and are content.

So the Littlebottom's are content with their slot.  And we have no problem being moved to accommodate others if need be.
